There has been another armed robbery at Rogers Park in Murfreesboro near Mercury Boulevard. Reports indicate the robbery occurred on the 14th of October at 5 in the evening. The two victims in the holdup told police they were approached by a male and a female asking if they wanted to buy marijuana. When they refused, two more men allegedly approached them brandishing handguns. The robbery happened at the large pavilion in Rogers Park. After the culprits stole money and two cell phones from the victims, they all took off on foot. To date, the subjects have not been caught. This marks the second robbery at Rogers Park in the past 3-months.
