Power users will get a slight decrease in electric bills this November due to a lower fuel cost to the federal utility. TVA says that the third straight monthly reduction is due to significantly lower fuel cost, mild temperatures, reduced demand and increased hydrogenation. The monthly residential bills will decrease between 50 cents and $1 for the average customer.
