Rutherford County Sheriff's Detective Jim Tramel displays possible stolen manholes and water meter covers he located Tuesday at Murfreesboro Auto Parts on Mount Herman Road. The letter “W” and orange paint were marked on some of the manholes and water meters. Cities who have similar missing equipment may call Tramel at 615-904-3055.
