On July 28th, Bicyclist Todd Gober was struck by a motorist who fled the scene. The incident occurred on the Lascassas Pike in Murfreesboro. Police now know who that motorist was and the issue is headed to circuit court on Friday. Mike Barone will have to explain to a judge why he allegedly struck Gober and then fled the scene. According to police on the day of the hit and run, Barone allegedly left the scene because he did not want to be late for work. Again, the issue will be before the courts on Friday.
