Oct 28, 2011 at 11:16 am by Unknown

Some days the weather is just too bad, even for turkeys. That the case at Northfield Elementary School. Their popular Turkey Trot was cancelled Friday and moved to Monday (10/31/2011), as a result of the mix of rain and cold temperature.

The public is invited to join parents, students and staff at the Northfield Elementary Turkey Trot and Silent Auction that has been moved to this coming Monday. The silent auction is packed with great items for the public to enjoy including sports admission to Predators, Titans and Memphis Grizzlies, a Gatlinburg attraction package, Disney package, restaurant gift certificates, MAC membership, coffee brewer package, Holiday World admission, autographed sports memorabilia, vacation packages and much more.

Parents and the public are encouraged to attend and support Northfield Elementary. Simply register at the school’s front office and you will be directed to the proper area for the silent auction. Silent auction bidding ends at 12:30 p.m.

Northfield Elementary is located at 550 W. Northfield Boulevard in Murfreesboro. For more information, please call 615-895-7324.
