A public hearing will be held on Wednesday night at 7 in the Murfreesboro City Hall to discuss a road widening project. The road in question is Bradyville Pike. The city is looking into widening the road and adding a turning lane and bike lane between Highway 41 and Rutherford Boulevard. One child was killed on Bradyville Pike in 2008 and another was injured last month while riding a bike on the same stretch of road. The planning commission will hold the meeting on Wednesday night at 7.
