Two Murfreesboro residents were charged with promotion of meth after ingredients to a meth lab were found in their car. The two were caught after being picked up for shoplifting at the Walmart store on South Rutherford Boulevard. Arrested were 32-year old Nathan Bain and 40-year old Betty Campbell. The duo will appear in court on January 4th.
