Bounty Hunter: Shooting

The story about the bounty hunter has taken another turn. As details are learned, the serving of a warrant on 34-year old Randall E. Council was attempted. Shots were fired, and the suspect is at large. 
 
This story began to unfold around 6:30 Thursday night (11/10/2011) at the intersection of Middle Tennessee Boulevard and Greenland Drive. As the bondsman approached the subject near the Mapco convenience store, Council reportedly fled on foot. Allegedly during the foot pursuit, Council stopped, turned toward the bondsman, and pointed what was thought to be a gun at him. One bondsman fired a single shot as he sought shelter behind a vehicle. 
 
Murfreesboro K-9 were brought to the scene, but Randall E. Council is still at large. He is wanted for violation of probabtion charges from Cannon County.
