Community leader Sonny Reynolds passed away Sunday morning (11/20/2011) at the VA Hospital in Nashville after a long fight with cancer. Lieutenant Colonel Reynolds had a career in the U.S. Army as well as being a noted vertinarian. The 73-year old Murfreesboro resident had the ability to bring a smile with his unique story telling abilities. Reynolds was a much sought after speaker and author of several books about a down-home lifestyle for which he was well known. Sonny Reynolds was a leader in Toastmasters International as well as the Murfreesboro Rotary Club.
