Police say they could smell the odor of marijuana when the suspects BMW drove by. It was that smell of marijuana that led to police pulling Christopher Rene Delvalle over on 4^th avenue in Murfreesboro. During a search of the car officers found a large trash bag of marijuana. Police then went to Delvalle’s home where they found not only more marijuana, but also illigeal mushrooms. Police also found two hits of LSD and several marijuana plants in the home on Gardner Drive. Everything was seized as evidence and Delvalle was taken into custody and placed under a $9500 bond.
