Smyrna Arrest: 6 Counts of "Rape of a Child"

Smyrna police arrested Keith Emanuel Cooper after a Grand Jury Indictment was handed down in court. The subject is facing 6 counts of "Rape of a Child."

The child rape suspect is also facing 8 charges of "Aggravated Sexual Battery" and 1 charge of "Exploitation of a minor by electronic means" and 1 charge of "Sexual Battery by an Authority Figure."

The man was able to make bond utilizing four different bonding companies. His bond was set at $150,000, but he is now free and awaiting his plea hearing, which will be on May 23, 2018.
