A drug seizure made in Nashville will likely have an impact on neighboring communities as well.
An alleged Nashville pill pusher has been arrested as the result of an investigation that resulted in the seizure of more than 35,600 Xanax and Alprazolam tablets that were shipped to Nashville from Canada.
Timothy D. Watkins, 25, is charged with possession of drugs for resale, unlawful gun possession and possession of two stolen firearms, a pistol that was reported stolen from a Georgia Bureau of Investigation agent and a rifle that was reported stolen from the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.
Watkins was released from jail after posting a $37,500 bond.
