40 Year old Lee Dwayne Westfall has been arrested and charged with rape. The Battle Avenue man was arrested after police responded to a domestic disturbance call.

When police showed up, they were advised by a female that Westfall had raped her and was currently raping her when police arrived, according to the arrest report.

Detectives then responded to the scene and found probable cause to establish Westfall as a suspect to be charged accordingly. He was then taken to jail and booked under a $25,000 bond.
