The victim in the case headed to Walgreens to pick up her prescriptions. When checking out, she tried to use her Walgreens "Points." Evidently, another woman had been utilizing the points she had built up. The points were being used in Mississippi by a woman known as "Jennifer."

While someone using your points does not sound like a serious crime, it is only the tip of the iceburg. Someone had also been trying to fill the medication prescription that she had, but in another state.
