The Rutherford County Farmers' Market (RCFM) opens for the season Friday, May 10, 2019 from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Lane Agri-park Community Center.
The producer-only farmers' market vendors hail from over 20 Middle Tennessee counties and sell a wide variety of seasonal fruits, vegetables, meats, eggs, baked and canned goods, flowers, and plants. All RCFM vendors grow, harvest and/or manufacture the goods they offer.
Representatives from The Better Boro Project will be on hand to distribute free reusable bags to the first 100 in attendance.
The market is located in the indoor/open air Community Center at the Lane Agri-Park, 315 John Rice Blvd in Murfreesboro and will be open Tuesdays and Fridays until October 29, 2019. Cash, credit, debit and EBT payments are accepted.
