Over 50 swimmers hit the waters on J. Percy Priest Lake Sunday to participate in the annual Polar Bear Plunge. The cold dip took place at the Joe C. Davis YMCA outdoor center, which is in Antioch. The water temperature was in the 40’s on Sunday. The outdoor temperature was in the 50’s. 

The Murfreesboro Polar Bear Plunge will take place this Saturday. The annual event is held at the SportsCom outdoor pool. We are told that the water slides at the pool will be open for swimmers. The festivities will kick off at 8 on Saturday.
