A conflict management workshop will be held at the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce office in Murfreesboro this June. The hospitality training workshop will be presented by Breanne Winter.

Conflict is one of the most dreaded situations to deal with, but the workshop will make it easy. The event will take a deep dive into customer conflict management.

In this session, you will learn:

• A step-by-step process for addressing conflict
• How to approach the customer from their own mindset
• Effective techniques to manage conflict (yes, they actually work!)
