Daniel Heath, age 29 of LaVergne, passed away Saturday.

Daniel is survived by his parents, Donnie and Stacy Cribbs Heath; daughters, Addison, Avery, and Jaylen; mother of his children, Amber Lamb; sisters, LaDonna Heath, Holly Lane and Amanda Heath.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Thursday from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday at Woodfin Chapel, Smyrna.

Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
