Two people face charges of aggravated child abuse after police and paramedics discovered their home in total disarray. The incident occurred on January 5th at a residence belonging to Kirkland Mack Dunston and MaKayla LaToshya Krantz. Evidently, five children were living in a home that was littered with dog feces and urine. Paramedics were called to the address where the unsanitary conditions were discovered after one of the five children had a seizure. Police say that in addition to the animal feces in the home, there was also spoiled food, dirty clothes and more.

DCS was notified and the couple will have to appear in court March 27.
