Another Heroin Overdose in Murfreesboro - Man Saved by Family

Another heroin overdose call came into Murfreesboro Police. This time, the call was from a home in the area of River Rock Boulevard.

When police arrived, CPR had already been successfully completed on the subject. In fact, when officers showed up, the victim was already standing and talking to family.

The 22 year old man admitted to Emergency Workers / Paramedics that he did in fact snort heroin prior to the 911 call being made. While no charges were filed, the man was transported to Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital for further treatment.
