A report from the FBI released in 2018 confirms that Murfreesboro, TN has the lowest violent crime rate of all the largest cities in Tennessee. Those cities included in the past study include Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Clarksville and Murfreesboro.
