On July 29th outside Gentleman Jim's on Greenland Drive in Murfreesboro, a man was robbed at gunpoint. The victim said that he left the bar and was walking towards the Campus Pub.

While walking, he was approached by a woman who asked to borrow some money. When he said no, the victim said that he was approached by a man brandishing a handgun who demanded he empty his pockets.

According to the victim he emptied his pockets and ran.

After 9-1-1 was called and police showed up, it was learned that the subjects who robbed the victim were in a small four door car. However, the make and model is not known and the culprits got away.

So far, an arrest has not been made.
