"One ticket provides access to local favorites from Blue Cactus Cantina, Buttermilk Sky Pie, Corelife Eatery, Goodness Gracious Café, Krispy Kreme, Puckett's Grocery, and two complimentary drinks provided by Old Fort Liquor and Wine," concluded Noble.

"I attended last year's Light Up the Night event at Oakland's Mansion. What a great event for a great cause! There was food, music, and wonderful people from our community. All proceeds go to Rutherford County CAC and the work these folks do day in and day out is amazing. Light Up the Night is a fun time for an absolutely outstanding cause," said Detective Tommy Roberts, Murfreesboro Police Department.

Your partnership will support critically needed services to child abuse victims and Darkness to Light trainings that educate parents, grandparents, and professionals how to protect children from child sexual abuse and what to do if a child discloses abuse. In the last 19 years, the Child Protective Investigative Team, consisting of the Child Advocacy Center, Department of Children's Services, law enforcement, and the District Attorney's Office have worked together to investigate and prosecute over 14,420 child abuse cases, assisted over 21,185 individuals, and trained nearly 11,000 adults how to protect children from child sexual abuse.

The Light Up the Night party will be held at Oaklands Mansion in Murfreesboro on Friday, September 6th, 2019 beginning 6:30 pm.
