Lyle Thomas Welch, 84 of Murfreesboro, passed away August 25.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Norma Jean Griffith Welch; son, Raleigh Andrew Welch and several grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later. Woodfin Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
