Jacob Peralta Monger, age 2, passed away Tuesday.

He is survived by his parents, Hema Devi Monger and Adaias
Peralta Martinez.

Services for Jacob will be held Saturday, (August 31st) at Nelson & Sons Chapel Murfreesboro, Funeral
12:00 noon, Visitation 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Burial at Lovvorn Cemetery.
