10% of adults in Rutherford County lack basic literacy skills. 44% of adults in our community read at or below the third grade level. Read to Succeed in collaboration with MTSU and the Linebaugh Public Library, are holding a literacy forum on February 9th. During the forum, ideas for improvement of these numbers will be discussed. The forum will be  at the Linebaugh Library. The forum will be from 6 to 7.
