Escape for a day into the woods to join a community of adventure seekers, explorers, risk takers, and nature lovers. Boro Adventure Fest was born to celebrate the wanderlust culture in Murfreesboro. The event will be at Walter Hill Park.
Get outside this Saturday, September 28th to join this movement and be inspired to discover where your journey of adventure will take you! Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation Dept. and Candle Wishes Foundation have joined forces to bring the Boro Adventure Fest to our city for the 2nd year! All proceeds will benefit Candle Wishes, a local non-profit that fulfills the birthday wishes and provides essential needs for homeless and needy children in our community (www.candlewishes.org).
Live music, food trucks, hammocking, slacklining, rock climbing, kayaking, SUP, fishing, an entire schedule of workshops and so much more. Kids can head over to the Kids Zone for an obstacle course, face painting, animal encounters, games, a story trail and more!
