The arraignment for Gary Lee Benton will take place this coming Friday in a Rutherford County Courtroom. Benton faces one count of "Solicitation of a Minor," one count of "Aggravated Sexual Battery" and two counts of "Exploitation of a Minor by Electronic Means."

Reports indicate the victim in the case was under the age of 13.

Benton will formally hear the charges before Judge David Bragg. The suspect is represented by attorney Caleb McCain.
