The La Vergne Police Department is asking for help in locating a person of interest involving a shooting homicide on 10/08/2019.
The shooting occurred on Tuesday, October 8th in the 100 block of Center Street around 8:20 p.m. The male juvenile victim was shot in his driveway. He was transported to Stone Crest Hospital and succumbed to injuries a short time later. A mid-size light colored SUV was seen leaving the area immediately after the shooting.
La Vergne Police have identified a person of interest through investigation and seek assistance from the public in them.
