According to city codes, you cannot solicit after sunset or before sunrise in the city limits of Murfreesboro. The code also states that no one can solicit within 25 feet of an outdoor dining area or within 25 feet of a crosswalk. The codes even go as far as stating that it is unlawful to mislead someone while soliciting - "Stating the donation is for food but in reality is used for illegal drugs or alcohol."
