A man who was already jailed for molesting an 11-year old child in 2006 has been indicted by a Rutherford County grand jury for molesting two other children over 5-years ago. 32-Year old Marcus Smartt was served the new charges of aggravated sexual battery (X-2) and solicitation of a minor while being held in the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center. The children that Smartt is accused of molesting were only 6-years of age when the alleged abuse occurred. The two children have since moved out of state with their mother. Smartt will appear in court on February 10th.
