Monday, February 6, is the last day to register to vote in the March 6, 2012, Presidential Preference Primary and Rutherford County Primary.
New voters may register in person at the Election Commission office on the local square. The two seats up for grabs for either a republican or a democrat are the seats for Road Superintendent and Property Assessor.
In the city of Murfreesboro elections for the seats of city council and the Murfreesboro School Board, the last day to register is March 19th. Voting will take place on April 17th.
