Read To Succeed and Linebaugh Library are hosting a Literacy Forum on Monday night. The forum will discuss improving literacy in Rutherford County. There will be a panel discussion between 6 and 7 this evening. In Rutherford County, Forty-four percent of adults read at or below the average third grade level, and 10 percent read at or below the first grade level, according to Read to Succeed.
