The coronavirus and the influenza pandemic in 1918 are receiving and have received over 100 years ago, increased media coverage. With recent confirmations in Williamson, Davidson and Shelby Counties, some are asking today if the coronavirus is being over-hyped by the media - something that can be compared to the flu of 1918.
