A Murfreesboro woman was punched twice in the face and robbed of her purse last week. Police are still looking for the responsible culprit. The robbery occurred in the Walmart parking lot on South Rutherford Boulevard and the victim told officers that at first she refused to hand over her purse and that was when the man, described as a heavy set black male, punched her in the face twice. To date, no one has been caught.
