Armed Robbery at Pawn Shop, Man Armed With Knife

There was an armed robbery at the Pawn and Gold Store at 1803 Memorial Boulevard this past Friday. Police are still sifting through clues to determine who the suspect may be. Officers reported that the culprit was described as a heavy set white male carrying a steak knife. During the hold-up the culprit told the employee in the store to get on the ground and not look at him. The man then proceeded to take jewelry that was next to the cash register. The subject fled the scene on foot and has yet to be found.
