A man has been arrested in the November death of his cousin in Warren County. Tracy Martin, 38, was found dead on a Warren County riverbank last fall. Chad Ray Thompson, 33, was taken into custody Monday in connection with the death of Martin, according to Sheriff Jackie Matheny.

Thompson faces first-degree murder, felony murder and especially aggravated robbery charges. Robbery appears to be the motive, said Matheny. Thompson is being held on $5 million bond.
