There are now four resident deaths reported at Boulevard Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center here in Murfreesboro due to COVID-19.

Another four employees have tested positive as well. The fourth resident passed away Saturday. All together, 34 residents have tested positive and seven of those are in the hospital. There are 30 that have reported negative test results at the facility.

There have been ten employees test positive for coronavirus. All of them are recovering at home.
