The lobby at Middle Tennessee Electric is back open. CEO Chris Jones says they are back open to members in their offices:



Jones says members are encouraged to use drive-thru, phone, or the myMTEMC mobile app and web portal as well. Those will continue to be low contact opens available to members.

The electric utility will resume disconnect for nonpayment resume Tuesday (June 9) after being suspended for more than two months.

If you are a member who has been unable to pay your power bill, you're encouraged to contact MTEMC for assistance.
