An endangered child alert was issued for two children from Lebanon on Monday. Authorites issued the alert because the children’s mother allegedly took the kids. They were supposed to be placed into protective custody Monday, but the mother intervened. Cindy Bates and her children have since been located and the alert is cancelled. The children were said to be safe.
