(EAGLEVILLE) Units from the Rutherford County and Eagleville Fire Departments responded to a field fire on Rigsby Road in Eagleville on Monday (6/9/2020) afternoon.

There were approximately 65 bales of hay that ignited and the flames spread.

Reports indicate that it took firefighters several hours to extinguish the flames in 80 degree temperatures.
