A 29-year old Kansas woman was arrested in Murfreesboro and charged with aggravated statutory rape. Kristina K. Bluma evidently left Kansas several days ago with a 14-year old female who was a runaway. The two had planned to drive to Florida together, but ran out of money for gas when they hit Murfreesboro.  Police eventually caught up with the pair and learned that the 14-year old female had shaved her head and was going by the name of Justin to elude officers. The plan didn’t work and police determined that Bluma had sexual relations with the teenager. The Topeka, Kansas woman is now being held in the local jail where she is awaiting her court appearance on March 8th. The runaway was housed in the Juvenile Detention Center and is awaiting travel plans to head back to Kansas.
