Holly Sears Appointed to ISCS Leadership Team

The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) has appointed Holly Sears as co-chair, public sector, for the Tennessee/Kentucky Alliance for a one-year term.  In this volunteer role, Sears will represent the interests of owners, developers, investors, marketers and other retail specialists across Tennessee and Kentucky.

“ICSC is delighted to welcome Holly into this new leadership role,” said ICSC State Director Holly Buchanan. “Her enthusiasm and willingness to contribute to the success of ICSC and the retail real estate industry will be of great benefit to our growing membership in our region.”

Sears joined the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce in 2005. As vice president of economic development, she leads efforts to continue to help create high wage jobs, diversify the economic base and enhance the quality of life for all Rutherford County citizens by recruiting corporate and regional headquarter companies, high tech manufacturing facilities, research and development operations and supporting office developments.

In addition to her leadership with ICSC, Sears is vice chair of NAIOP, Nashville – The Commercial Real Estate Organization, serves on the Board for Tennessee Economic Partnership and is a member of the Mid-Area Cumberland Development Agency Board of Directors.

The Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce seeks to promote economic development and a quality of life to benefit all residents of Rutherford County.
