The Middle Tennessee Magic Club in conjunction with the Murfreesboro/Rutherford County Center for the Arts will present the 21st edition of the “Razzle Dazzle Magic Show” on Friday and Saturday, April 27-28, at 7:02 p.m. both nights in the Center’s theater located at 100 W. College Street in Murfreesboro.
“Last year’s shows were both sell outs. Folks had to be turned away, but were entertained by Club magicians in the lobby and outside on the steps of the Center for the Arts. This year, we wanted to get the word out early to give everyone a fair chance to buy tickets, Jeff Mullins, Club treasurer, said.

Six magicians will perform on stage, and four magicians will provide pre-show magic in the lobby. On stage, the audience will see everything from card and ball manipulations to livestock productions.
“The Murfreesboro Magic Club has performed locally for years,” club member Blaine Little said. “I’ve been involved for a couple of years now, and even though I see all of the ‘behind the scenes,’ I am still amazed by the technical expertise of our members. Many are nationally known within the industry, so it’s always a phenomenal show.”
Little is a street magician, preforming close-up illusions using sleight of hand, like Criss Angel and David Blaine. “I prefer this type of magic because it’s so personal with the audience. It will be interesting to see how these illusions will translate to the big stage,” he said.
Club member Tyler Croney, 15, will be the youngest magician to take the stage. “I hope to bring entertainment and mystery to this night of magic. With all the different acts, there will be something for everyone,” he said.
Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children 12 and under and are available at J. Mullins Jewelry & Gifts, located at 353 W. Northfield Blvd. in Murfreesboro and at the Center for the Arts.
