We have more news on that bank robbery that occurred on April 4th at Pinnacle Banking. 32-Year old Jonathan D. McAteer has been apprehended and charged with aggravated robbery. The Brentmeade Drive resident claimed that he robbed the bank on NW Broad Street because he and his wife were having financial difficulties. Police say when they found McAteer after the robbery, he had the handgun he allegedly used in the crime, the money and a hold up note sitting in plain view in the passenger seat. The Murfreesboro man, who is currently unemployed, will be in court on May 29th.
