RutherfordCABLE and Deloitte have joined together to offer a workshop on leadership development through executive coaching Tuesday. The free workshop is open to RutherfordCABLE members, their guests and the public. The workshop begins at 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. at The Gateway Village, 820 North Thompson Lane in Murfreesboro. The workshop features six professional coaches and presenters for panel discussion and breakout sessions.

RutherfordCABLE is a three-year-old organization of 138 members providing professional and personal development, and business growth through building long-term relationships and structured networking and referrals. The organization is the first chapter of the 30-year-old NashvilleCABLE. Monthly breakfast meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month, with informal networking beginning at 7:30 a.m., followed by structured, facilitated networking and a top keynote speaker.
