For the seventh year, WGNS Primetime Sports and Little Caesar's Pizza have teamed up to award the Middle School All Sports Trophy. This year's competition was the closest ever, with two schools tying for the overall trophy and the girls trophy decided by one point.

La Vergne Middle distanced themselves from the competition to win the boys overall sports trophy. The girl's all-sports trophy went to Siegel Middle School, which edged Oakland by one point. There was a tie between Siegel and Oakland Middle for the overall sports trophy, with Blackman only three points back.

WGNS Primetime Sports and Little Caesar's Pizza would like to congratulate all Rutherford County middle school athletes on an outstanding year and we look forward to an exciting 2012-2013 sports season in the fall.
