After months of being away for the popular TV series AMERICAN IDOL, friends are preparing a super-star homecoming for Colton Dixon at 10:00 o'clock this Saturday morning. Popular Christian music group Superchick with Tricia and Melissa Brock along with worship band For A Season will perform during the celebration at the World Outreach Church, located at 1921 New Salem Highway. 

Former State Representative John Hood will be the emcee, and Murfreesboro Mayor John Bragg is presenting Colton with a special proclamation from the City Council. 

After the concert at World Outreach, fans will follow Colton to his alma matter--Middle Tennessee Christian School at 100 East MTCS Drive at Memorial. He will be available for photos and autographs at MTCS.
