Suspicious Actions End With Arrest

You never know when the long arm of the law will reach out and grab you! Suspicious actions led to the arrest of a Nashville man who was wanted on charges of aggravated burglary and aggravated assault. Just before lunchtime Tuesday (5/29/2012), Murfreesboro Police Officer Hernandez observed a 24-year old male at the corner of Bell and Jackson Streets. 

A background check of Chadwick Hathaway revealed that the Nashville resident had outstanding warrants for aggravated burglary and aggravated assault. Hathaway was booked at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center and his bond was set at $40,000.
