A fully nude man has been charged with indecent exposure after walking out on his hotel balcony on South Church Street Tuesday evening. The 22-year old subject was apparently high on a mixture of LSD and synthetic drugs. Police called an ambulance for the man and he was transported to the hospital where he remained for several hours, until he came down from his high.
